Growing up, I often felt overwhelmed and step by step had to learn how to stay present in this always busy life. An accident gave me the chance to learn many ways of how to help myself when I get anxious, or overwhelmed with the everyday life.

Now I love using adventures big or small to train my nervous system to get more stress resistant. So that I can keep up with this exciting life and everything it throws at me.

My favourite tools I use to get back in touch with myself

  • Ice-bathing - my absolute favourite

  • Breathwork - there is nothing simpler than that

  • Journalling - helps me to quiet my mind

  • Adventures - such a grounded and fun way
